Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak racing seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
    • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays. We cannot ship to restricted Asian regions and some remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium motorcycle parts with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our straightforward process below.

Non-Returnable Performance Components

For safety and performance integrity, these items cannot be returned:

  • All Brembo Brake Pads (Carbon Road, Racing Competition, Sintered variants)
  • BMC Air Filters (due to hygiene reasons once unpackaged)
  • Motorcycle Batteries (Aliant Lithium, BS, Dynavolt – hazardous materials restrictions)
  • Opened chain lubrication products
  • Custom or special order items

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Certain high-performance components may have additional restrictions

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed packing instructions
  • Return shipping address (our warehouse in Sacramento, CA)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Insuring high-value performance parts
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until process completes

Performance Rider Assurance

We understand that when you’re prepping for race season or maintaining your machine, every component matters. Our returns team consists of fellow riders who understand the urgency and precision required in motorcycle performance parts.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Product cost minus original shipping charges

Note: International refunds may take additional 2-3 days for bank processing.

Exchange Process

For eligible items:

  • Follow standard return process indicating “exchange”
  • We’ll ship replacement once return is received
  • Expedited shipping available for racing season emergencies

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or wrong components:

  • Include photos of packaging and product
  • We’ll arrange prepaid return shipping if needed

International Returns

For riders outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are customer responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds processed in USD; exchange rates may affect final amount
